ZigBee and MQTT support in iMod

To iMod has been added ZigBee source channel. It allows to read port values and additional sensors and coordinators values (eg. state, active time). Also ZigBee Scanner function has been added, which allows to generate configuration for ZigBee source channel.

Additionally it has been implemented MQTT protocol support.
